We are looking for an experienced and driven e-commerce sales associate to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in driving company growth and expanding our client base.
What the Role Requires
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create sales strategies to attract new customers, expand website traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Build the CRM and utilize it to improve sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
- Understand e-commerce metrics and improve on the figures.
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility and sales.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and resolve all client related orders and client queries.
- Follow up with clients regarding deliveries and reconnect with customers as and when new merchandise arrive.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with key clients.
- Stay up to date with industry knowledge to effectively communicate our value proposition and assist clients in the best way possible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing and logistics to ensure alignment of strategies and maximize client satisfaction. This may involve responsibilities such as managing the online inventory through regular uploads, shuffling, and curations on the website.

We are looking for someone with the right balance of discipline and creativity.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- A background in fashion/ luxury wear/ multi-designer retail is a plus.
- Energetic, Adaptable, Analytical and a Team player.
