Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will guide customers in selecting products that suit their style, occasion, and budget, offering personalized fashion advice and styling suggestions. Daily responsibilities include greeting and engaging shoppers, understanding their needs, recommending outfits and accessories, and maintaining a strong knowledge of current trends and the store’s product range. The role also involves coordinating fittings, ensuring a premium in-store experience, handling customer queries, and supporting sales targets through confident product presentation and upselling where appropriate. The Fashion Consultant will collaborate with team members to keep visual displays appealing and aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills to provide informed and tailored styling advice.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and ensure a premium client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support revenue goals through effective recommendations and closing techniques.
- Strong interest in fashion trends, fabrics, and styling, with the ability to adapt suggestions to diverse body types and occasions.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury or premium brands, or personal styling is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and retail peak hours, with a professional and polished appearance.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and comfort using digital tools to support the customer journey.
