As a Fashion Consultant, your role goes far beyond selling garments. You will become a trusted style advisor, helping every client discover pieces that reflect their personality while delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
* Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism.
* Understand customer preferences, occasions, budgets, and styling needs.
* Provide personalized styling recommendations across apparel and accessories.
* Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
* Follow up with clients regarding appointments, alterations, new arrivals, and special collections.
* Maintain client profiles and purchase history.
Styling & Fashion Consultation
* Curate complete looks for weddings, festive occasions, and everyday luxury.
* Stay updated with current fashion trends, designer collections, silhouettes, fabrics, and craftsmanship.
* Assist clients during trials and offer honest styling advice.
* Coordinate with the in-house stylist and production team whenever required.
Sales & Business Development
* Achieve individual and store sales targets.
* Upsell and cross-sell products naturally through styling.
* Generate repeat business through relationship building.
* Convert walk-in customers into loyal Chowk clients.
Visual Merchandising
* Ensure displays remain clean, elegant, and aligned with Chowk’s visual standards.
* Replenish merchandise and maintain presentation throughout the day.
* Assist during new collection launches and visual merchandising updates.
Store Operations
* Assist with inventory checks and stock organization.
* Ensure garments are properly tagged, steamed, folded, and displayed.
* Report damaged or missing merchandise.
* Support smooth day-to-day store operations.
Content & Brand Representation
* Create one short social media reel or content piece as assigned.
* Represent the Chowk brand with professionalism both online and offline.
* Participate in campaigns, photoshoots, and promotional events when required.
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with designers, production, cashier, and management.
* Support fellow team members during busy periods.
* Maintain positive communication and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
