Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Fashion Consultant based in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will collaborate with customers to offer personalized fashion advice, provide exceptional service, and create an engaging in-store experience. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, staying updated on current fashion trends, showcasing product knowledge, assisting with product selection, and driving sales. The role also involves maintaining the on-floor display and cultivating lasting relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Knowledge and a passion for Fashion Consulting
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse clients effectively
- Experience in Sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Understanding of current fashion trends and an eye for style
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic retail environments
- Previous experience in retail or fashion is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage
