Business Operations Intern – Forever Noor
Location: Work From Home
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

About the Role
Forever Noor is looking for a Business Operations Intern to manage the day-to-day backend and customer-facing operations of the brand. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer communication (queries, follow-ups, order updates)
- Handle and update the Shopify dashboard (orders, inventory, backend coordination)
- Maintain and update Excel sheets for orders, inventory, and tracking
- Organize and manage line sheets, product catalogs, and data records
- Coordinate and track production timelines to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee general administrative and operational tasks for the brand
- Assist with basic Instagram activities (DM replies, coordination, basic communication)
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-focused
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
