Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for a Fashion Brand Growth Executive. This role involves strategizing and implementing business growth plans, managing marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and analyzing customer trends to create actionable insights. The position also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand outreach, managing partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s core values and aesthetics.

- Business Development and Sales Strategy skills to drive growth and expand the brand's reach
- Marketing, Social Media Management, and Digital Advertising expertise to create impactful campaigns
- Strong Analytical and Research abilities to evaluate market trends and customer behavior

- Understanding of the fashion industry and Indian ethnic wear heritage is highly preferred
