We’re looking for a Fashion Assistant to join our crazy, ever-evolving journey at GINNA, a startup based in South Delhi. If you’re proactive, eager to learn, and ready to dive into a world where no task is too big or small, keep reading.

What you’ll be doing:
- Staying updated with everything—fashion trends, styling, communication, marketing, and what’s popping on social media.
- Bringing your A-game to Instagram—ideating and creating content strategies that vibe with our brand.
- Using Photoshop or other creative suites like a pro (or learning to).
- Managing data and processes with Excel (boring but necessary).
- Organizing chaos—clear communication, sharp organizational skills, and a humble attitude are non-negotiable.
- Sharing your opinions (yes, we want to hear them!) and contributing ideas to make Ginna better every day.
- Rolling with the punches—because startup life is a team sport, and we all pitch in wherever needed.
What you should know:
- This is an on-site role. No work-from-home vibes here.
- Knowledge of fashion design is a bonus, but we’re not asking you to design—just bring your taste, judgment, and willingness to learn.
- Living in South Delhi? Major plus.
- Stock up on curiosity and creativity—those are your best tools here.
