Location: Delhi & Bengaluru

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

·      Assisting the customer support team

·      Troubleshooting technical issues

·      Helping with documentation and knowledge resources

·      Assisting in other field-related tasks, all under guided supervision

Minimum Requirements:

·      Education: Master’s degree in a life science/ biotechnology discipline with a strong interest in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).

·      Technical Interest: Familiarity with NGS technologies is a plus, but not required.

·      Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage in scientific presentations.

·      Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

·      Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn about new technologies and applications.

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
