- Earning Potential: $150,000 – $350,000+ annually (Actual earnings based on performance)
- Signing Bonus: $5,000
- Monthly Bonuses: up to 300%

Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (insurance a plus, not required)
- Leadership or team management experience is a bonus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven mindset
- Ability to obtain state insurance licenses (we’ll help you get there)
