Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive farm supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our agricultural manufacturing unit located in Manimangalam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising farm activities, coordinating with production teams, managing workers, and ensuring efficient operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the farm and manufacturing unit.
- Monitor agricultural production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan, assign, and supervise daily tasks for farm workers and production staff.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials.
- Coordinate with the management team for production planning and operational requirements.
- Maintain records of production, labour attendance, inventory, and daily activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilisation of farm equipment and machinery.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with company policies across the facility.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and farm operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations independently.
