Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Farm Manager to oversee and manage farm operations at our premises in Ahmedabad. The Farm Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising agricultural practices, managing irrigation systems, and overseeing the operation of farms and associated projects. Duties will include monitoring crop production, managing poultry works, optimizing productivity, and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Farm Management and Agriculture practices
- Hands-on experience with Irrigation systems and techniques
- Experience in managing farms and farm-related operations
- Knowledge of Poultry management and livestock handling
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple operational tasks
- Familiarity with sustainable farming techniques is a plus
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Farm Management, or a related field is preferred
