Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the facilities. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Assist in painting, landscaping, and other outdoor maintenance activities.
- Assist with the routine maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance or general labor is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new tasks.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
