- Experience in domestic and international ticket booking
- Hands-on experience in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, ATPCO, etc.)
- Ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, refund, and exchange handling
- Fare filing experience
- Back-office travel operations (PNR updates, fare updates, passenger handling)
- Airport operations experience is also considered suitable.
