Your Role:

As Senior Technical Recruiter at Faraday Future, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to ensure we hire the best talent for our AI-Robotics team. A successful candidate in this role is someone who is scrappy, isn’t afraid of ambiguity, is able to multi-task and can work effectively within a team both as a leader and as an individual contributor. Recruiting at Faraday Future is a team effort, and your success is paramount to our team’s success. You will be expected to be very hands-on be a proactive sourcer and planner. You will help train hiring managers in the best practices of the latest hiring techniques and manage an entire full lifecycle of the talent acquisition process to ensure that we have a steady source of talent. You will also guide them through complex immigration processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Your work will directly influence our ability to scale globally, diversify our workforce, and maintain compliance with evolving employment laws. This position is 100% onsite. 

Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including AI/ML engineers, blockchain developers, backend/frontend engineers, data engineers, and platform roles.
  • You will be expected to build strong relationships with our senior leadership and hiring managers to help guide them through your talent acquisition process
  • You will be expected to assist hiring managers and organizational leaders in building strong and attractive job descriptions and help promote the positions online and through your network
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role scope, hiring priorities and define role requirements and create compelling job postings that attract the right talent.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess technical competencies, cultural fit, and motivation.
  • You'll work very closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, managing expectations and building outstanding client relationships
  • You are also expected to be knowledgeable of all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws to ensure our recruiting and hiring practices are compliant according to the best practices laid out by federal and state requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer negotiation—while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source and build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust talent pipeline with strong emphasis on the candidate’s experience throughout
  • Utilizing proactive recruiting techniques, you will also be using social media sites as well as the use of other recruiting tools in order to be able to select qualified individuals who will provide added value to FF
  • Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building.

Interview Coordination and Hiring Support

  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Gather and synthesize interview feedback to support hiring decisions.
  • Assist with offer preparation, negotiation, and closing of candidates.
  • You will also be facilitating all aspects of the interview process by building interview kits for each position where you will outline and define the questions being asked throughout the candidate selection process

Process Optimization and Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and time-to-hire.
  • Collaborate with the TA Lead, HRBP, and People Operations teams to align recruiting efforts with broader people strategies.
  • Collaborate with legal and HR teams to coordinate immigration processes, including H-1B, O-1, TN, and green card sponsorships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. immigration policies and employment law to ensure compliance.
  • Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, employee engagement programs, and policy updates.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency.
  • Participate in and plan networking, recruiting and hiring events 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with both agency and in-house experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent and managing candidate pipelines while executing against a timeline
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, with the ability to assess candidate fit beyond the résumé.
  • Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
  • Experienced in using Greenhouse ATS or similar.
  • Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes and documentation, including visa sponsorship and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Strong software experience using MS Office Suite
  • Ability to operate in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for technology and curiosity about emerging trends in AI and decentralized systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with diversity and inclusion sourcing strategy and hiring.
  • Understanding software engineering, AI, or blockchain role requirements and hiring profiles.

Annual Salary Range:

($100,000.00 - $120,000.00 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
