Oasis Travels is looking for a passionate and experienced Far East Asia Travel Specialist to handle travel planning, visa assistance, and client servicing for destinations across East and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in curating itineraries and managing end-to-end travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and customize travel itineraries for Far East Asia destinations (Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Vietnam, Japan, etc.)
• Handle complete visa processing and documentation for Asian countries
• Assist clients with destination knowledge, travel guidelines, and requirements
• Coordinate hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers, and ticketing
• Build attractive travel packages based on client preferences and budgets
• Manage client queries efficiently and ensure a smooth travel experience
• Stay updated with latest travel trends, visa policies, and airline routes
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, DMCs, and clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency
• Strong knowledge of Far East Asia destinations and travel logistics
• Experience in visa handling and documentation
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in luxury or customized travel planning
• Knowledge of international ticketing and GDS systems
• Strong sales and upselling skills
