As a server, you’ll provide top-notch table service to our patrons, ensuring they have a delightful dining experience. Our unique service model means that every server is your server, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.<br> <br> <strong>Duties/Responsibilities<br> </strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Greet customers as they are seated, ensuring the table is clean and set with utensils, napkins, and other essentials.</li>
<li>Distribute menus and present daily specials.</li>
<li>Answer questions regarding the menu.</li>
<li>Take food and beverage orders and deliver them to the kitchen.</li>
<li>Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to customers.</li>
<li>Ensure food is prepared correctly and to customers’ satisfaction; return incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen.</li>
<li>Collect plates and clear the table as customers finish their meals.</li>
<li>Prepare customers’ checks and collect payments.</li>
<li>Assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned.<br> <br> <br> </li>

<strong>Required Skills/Abilities<br></strong><br>

<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Well-organized with the ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.</li>

<strong>Education And Experience<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Must be at least eighteen years old.</li>
<li>Previous experience as a server preferred.</li>
<li>Must successfully complete the restaurant’s training course.<br> <br> <br> </li>
</ul><div><strong>Physical Requirements<br> </strong></div><ul>
<li>Prolonged periods of standing and walking.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.<br> <br> <br> </li>
