<div>We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their safety and comfort.<br><br>
</div>
<div>We are specifically looking for caregivers with morning availability, with start times between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM.<br><br>
</div>
<div>The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, particularly with seniors and individuals with disabilities, and possess strong interpersonal skills.<br><br>
</div>
<div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div>
<ul>
<li>Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support</li>
<li>Provide patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with medications as directed</li>
<li>Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks</li>
<li>Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being</li>
<li>Observe and report changes in client conditions or behaviors to relevant healthcare professionals</li>
<li>Support clients with memory care, including those with Alzheimer’s or dementia</li>
<li>Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers when necessary</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining client confidentiality</li>
</ul>
<div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in home health care, assisted living, or long-term care settings preferred</li>
<li>First aid and CPR certification highly desirable</li>
<li>Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus</li>
<li>Strong skills in patient observation, monitoring, and documentation</li>
<li>Ability to assist clients with mobility and perform physical tasks as needed</li>
<li>Familiarity with care plans and medication assistance protocols</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families</li>
<li>Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care</li>
</ul>
