About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to take full ownership of designing and improving the user experience for our B2B SaaS products across both web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that deliver seamless and engaging experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design interfaces that meet business goals while ensuring the highest usability standards. If you're a creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles, we want you to join our team! Key Responsibilities: Lead Product Interface Design: Take charge of the design process from start to finish for web and mobile interfaces. Lead the creation of user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with the product vision and user needs. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are both visually appealing and functional. User Research & Usability Testing: Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights that will inform design decisions. Analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to improve product design. Create personas, user flows, and task analyses to help define and prioritize features. Collaboration with Product & Engineering Teams: Collaborate closely with product managers to understand business goals and user needs. Work with engineering teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively. Iterate on designs based on technical constraints and user feedback to ensure the best possible user experience. Design System & Visual Standards: Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms. Ensure that visual standards, such as color schemes, typography, iconography, and UI components, are adhered to and optimized for user experience. Scale design assets and principles as the product grows. High-Fidelity Mockups & Interactive Prototypes: Deliver polished, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Create prototypes that accurately reflect user interactions, transitions, and behaviors for usability testing and client presentations. Present designs to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback. Responsive & Adaptive Design: Ensure that the user interface is responsive across different devices and screen sizes. Design with a mobile-first approach while considering different breakpoints and ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. User-Centered Design Approach: Champion the principles of user-centered design in every project. Advocate for the user throughout the design process by ensuring that user feedback and testing are central to decisions. Focus on delivering solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices. Bring new ideas to the table and push the boundaries of design to deliver innovative solutions that improve the overall user experience. Participate in design critiques and seek out opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement. Design Documentation & Handoff: Create and maintain clear design documentation for developers, ensuring that all design specifications are well-documented and easy to follow. Work with the development team to ensure that designs are translated accurately during the development phase. Cross-Platform Design: Take ownership of ensuring a consistent and cohesive experience across web and mobile platforms, considering platform-specific guidelines and conventions (iOS, Android, Web).
