About This Role

Design is at the core of everything we do. We’re building more than just a product—we’re creating an experience that truly connects. We’re looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about great design, balances aesthetics with usability, and has proven experience delivering successful consumer apps in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

On the Job

• Collaborating directly with Sambhav (Co-founder) and Anchit (Founding Team - Head, Product and Design) to shape Fam's product strategy and design direction
• Working closely with a team of product designers and help them improve their craft and product thinking
• Partner with product and engineering teams to secure design buy-in while maintaining company velocity
• Working from the office 5 days a week in our Bangalore office
  
  
  

Must-haves (Min. Qualifications)

• 5–8 years of full-time experience as a visual designer in high-impact product teams
• Hands-on expertise in crafting exceptional visual design across web and mobile
• Deep obsession for design quality, detail, and pixel-perfect execution

• Experience working with small teams and leading impactful projects
• You love doing IC work and at the same time collaborate well with junior designers
