Position Summary:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for creating and analyzing key reports in addition to being a key member of the revenue cycle team.
Responsibilities:
The Data Analyst duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provides data, reporting and other actionable information to management team
• Analyze healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights driving business decisions and
enhancing patient care
• Assist in developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust dashboards, reports, and data visualization
tools using Excel, Power BI, and other relevant technologies
• Collaborate with senior leadership and departments to understand objectives, provide data analyses
supporting strategic initiatives, and offer operational enhancement recommendations
• Connect to and integrate data from various sources into Power BI
• Perform data cleansing, transformations, and optimize data models
• Work closely with leadership teams to understand data needs and provide tailored analytics to
support decision-making
• Support data initiatives using BI tools and data visualization software
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client services, operations, finance, and
fundraising initiatives based on integrated data analysis
• Usage of company tools and resources such as CRMs as required by department
• Creates financial reports and analysis required to understand the key business areas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proficiency using Power BI, Excel, and SQL
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or related
