Are you ready to make a difference in kids’ lives and have a blast doing it? We're looking to fill one childcare spot—either as an energetic Group Leader or a superstar Teacher Assistant, depending on your experience and skills! In this role, you'll get to nurture, guide, and play with children in our daycare, all while showing off your positive teaching style and lending a helping hand with fun classroom activities.
Experience and Job Skills Required:
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Group Leader level: ECE Group Leader Certificate required; daycare or preschool experience preferred
- Teacher Assistant level: No certification required
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Able to move freely throughout the shift (bending, kneeling, squatting, etc.)
- Comfortable learning basic software applications (Group Leader level)
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist with daily classroom activities, including academics, Bible lessons, play, and arts & crafts
- Supervise and assist children throughout the day
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Assist with cleaning and food handling
- Other duties as assigned
