About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Head of Sales & Business Development – Americas to lead revenue growth across North and South America. This role is responsible for defining and executing regional sales strategy, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships across diverse markets.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in regional market dynamics, commercial strategy, and team leadership, with a proven ability to scale revenue in complex, multi-country environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales and business development strategy across the Americas, aligned with global growth objectives
- Lead revenue generation efforts, including new business acquisition, key account management, and partnerships
- Analyze and leverage regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to drive growth (critical requirement)
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and business development team across North and South America
- Establish and manage sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and market expansion opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure market alignment and successful execution
- Drive pipeline development, deal strategy, and contract negotiations
- Ensure consistent application of sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting standards
- Represent the company in key client engagements, industry events, and executive-level negotiations
