Fairway is a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners portfolio company consisting of 30 lawncare, pest control and irrigation brands in over 70 locations spanning throughout the Southeastern, Central, and Midwestern United States with a plan for continued fast-paced growth in the future.  

We are currently seeking to add an energetic and ambitious Recruiter to our team! We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support our growing number of customers and employees. Recruiters are responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruiting process from start to finish as well as forging and managing strong relationships with applicants and business leaders to drive growth. 

Responsibilities/Duties: 

Recruiting 

• Sourcing and reaching out to candidates through multiple sources (job boards, networking, inbound applications) 
• Phone screening and interviewing applicants to assess a match to our openings 
• Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to set up and schedule interviews 
• Providing transparency to candidates regarding pay, benefits, job duties etc.  
• Extending and negotiating offers

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers. 

Interpersonal Skills: Being personable and able to build relationships is crucial. 

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously. 

Decision-Making Skills: The ability to make informed decisions about candidate suitability. 

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve issues that arise during the recruitment process. 

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Time management / planning skills 
• Entrepreneurial mindset
