Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford, managed by Accor, is one of the largest integrated resorts in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District. As a landmark on the local hospitality scene, the resort offers a wide range of accommodation options, dining concepts, event spaces and recreational facilities that cater to both business and leisure travelers. We are looking for a People & Culture Officer/Executive who will play a key role in driving the People & Culture strategy and agenda for the integrated resort. As the People & Culture Officer/Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the People & Culture team in the implementation of various HR initiatives and programmes to enhance employee engagement and well-being. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Assist in the implementation of HR programmes and initiatives such as learning & development, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. - Provide administrative support for various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. - Assist in the delivery of learning and development programmes as well as organise team-building activities and employee events. - Partner with business leaders to identify and address people-related needs and challenges. - Contribute to the development and rollout of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Provide general HR support and advisory services to employees. - Perform other ad-hoc HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
