About the role

As the Ads product manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end scope of advertising products on Faire's platform - from ad unit display to ranking and targeting to campaign management tooling. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and data to define product strategies and deliver high-quality solutions that drive value for our retailer and brand customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce, and the unique needs of both retailers and brands in a B2B marketplace. What you'll do: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Faire's advertising products, aligning with company goals and customer needs. Prioritize initiatives to deliver maximum impact and growth. Customer-Centric Design: Collaborate with research to collect insights from users (both brands and retailers), stakeholders, and market research to ensure advertising products meet the needs of our diverse customer base. Cross-functional Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales teams to bring advertising products from concept to launch, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams. Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, feature definition, and prioritization, to development, testing, launch, and iteration. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders related to advertising products. Effectively communicate product status, updates, and results to leadership and other teams.
