Revenue Operations Associate

In the Revenue Operations role, you will support our global sales & success teams, taking on a variety of "run the business" work in addition to strategic projects to drive sales productivity and performance. You will globally own our sales payout and tracking process, as well as performance management dashboards, including making improvements to current processes and evaluating new tools and technologies to make our internal workflows more efficient. Additionally, you will support sales compensation design, quota setting, book of business management, and sales performance management. You will explore new ways to drive business outcomes through our sales goals as we launch new products and services. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work as a high-impact individual contributor in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data-driven environment and have the opportunity to gain exposure to partnering with Go-to-market leaders, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, HR, Strategy & Analytics and other cross-functional teams across a hyper-growth, mission-driven startup!
