The Opportunity
Looking for Failure Analysis Business Process Administrator
What You Need
Responsibilities & Deliverables -
- Monitoring Failure Analysis Workflow: Manage and guide stake holders in failure analysis investigations, both for and . Work with different cross functional groups to improve process performance.
- Usage of dashboards and portals for FA workflow navigation, reporting, correcting, assigning task codes etc
- Monitor effectiveness and quality of FA conducted at suppliers.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze , compile detailed reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Quality Management: Enforce quality and customer service standards, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain comprehensive records of all failure analysis activities and communicate findings clearly and concisely to global stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
- Program management skills
- Hands on experience in Data mining and Analysis
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings
- Knowledge of catalog parts specifications
- Hands on experience in Problem Solving skills, Root cause findings and failure analysis methodologies
- Knowledge on Continuous Improvement Process
- Will be an added advantage to have experience on reports automation (Excel macros/VBA/tableau/Hadoop/data bricks)
Exposure to work with global team members and stake holders Ex Purchasing teams, Supplier Engineers, Suppliers, Engineering team etc
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Diploma Degree preferably in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical Engg
- Experience: 8-10 Years in manufacturing quality, handling customer complaints and quality assurance or business systems and processes or equivalent experience
