Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creation, review, and approval of FAIR According to AS9102 requirements
- Design characteristic interpretation, GD&T interpretation, blue-print reading, DPD interpretation,
- Collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders to achieve Project objectives and deliverables
- Creation & review of QMS documents according to AS9100 requirements
- Participate in team activities like QCPC analysis, continuous improvement, problem solving, Lean, etc.
Basic Qualifications
- BE/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with overall 6 years’ experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in FAI activities working in Manufacturing or Quality roles
- Expertise with AS9102 & AS9100 requirements
- Hands on experience on FAI creation, review, and approval
- Exposure to Machined, Sheet- Metal, Electro-Mechanical, Wire Harness, PCBA commodities
- Good knowledge in Build to Print and Build to Specification for interconnect systems. Work experience with the manufacturing inspection and acceptance of Interconnect parts (cables harnesses) from multiple different manufacturing processes.
- IPC 600 / IPC 610 / IPC 620, IPC 6012 & J-STD-001 familiarity
- Understanding of special processes per requirements wire harness, soldering & brazing
- Good knowledge in schematic drawing reading.
- Hands on experience in tools such as Net Inspect, DISCUS & Teamcenter
- Deep understanding of Quality analysis (RRCA, Fish bone, 5 Why etc..) and must have demonstrated effective implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
