Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Faculty Member role based in Chennai. The Faculty Member will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in their area of expertise. Responsibilities include mentoring students to prepare for competitive exams, developing instructional materials, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and evaluating student performance through assignments and tests. Collaboration with other faculty and participation in program development activities will also be a key aspect of their role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and teaching expertise in one or more disciplines such as Logical Ability, Data Interpretation, English, or Quantitative Aptitude.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively connect with and inspire students.
- Proven skills in content development, lesson planning, and the design of instructional materials tailored to entrance exams or academic curricula.
- Experience in mentoring students in a group or individual settings for exams like CAT, GRE, GMAT, IPMAT, CLAT, BANK or other competitive exams.
- A Master's Degree or higher in a relevant subject area.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to driving student success in competitive exams.
