Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Personality Development Trainer / HR Faculty who can conduct engaging training sessions and prepare students to confidently enter the professional world.
The role requires someone with strong knowledge of HR concepts, soft skills training, and employability development, who can guide students in improving their personality, communication, and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on:
- Leadership skills
- Attitude building and professional behaviour
- Communication and presentation skills
- Motivation and self-confidence
- Interview preparation and mock interviews
- Emotional intelligence
- Johari Window and SWOT analysis
- Transactional Analysis
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions using real-life examples, activities, and case discussions.
- Prepare students for job interviews and corporate expectations through mock interviews, group discussions, and feedback sessions.
- Help students develop professional communication, confidence, and workplace readiness.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with placement and academic teams to ensure students are industry-ready.
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA / MA / M.Com / HR preferred)
Experience
- 10–20 years of experience in:
- HR teaching / faculty roles
- Soft skills training
- Personality development training
- Corporate training or employability training
Preferred Background
- HR Professors / Faculty with training exposure
- Soft skills trainers
- Corporate trainers
- Employability or life-skills trainers
