Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Faculty Member based in Hisar, with the flexibility to work from home on specific tasks. The role involves preparing and delivering high-quality educational content for competitive exams, conducting engaging live or recorded lectures, curating current affairs material, and creating assessments and evaluation tools. The Faculty Member will also collaborate with the team to ensure the content aligns with EduRohi’s standards and objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Competitive Exams and General Knowledge topics
- Strong teaching, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in developing educational resources and assessments
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; local language skills are a plus
- Ability to research and stay updated with current affairs and emerging trends
- Experience with digital content delivery platforms or tools is advantageous
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various teaching methods
- Master’s degree or higher in Education, General Studies, or a related field
