Role Description: The Faculty Member will be responsible for planning and delivering lectures, tutorials, and workshops in their subject area, aligned with DIMTECH’s academic standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves mentoring learners, guiding projects and internships, and supporting placement-focused activities to enhance student employability. Faculty Members are expected to participate in curriculum development, contribute to academic committees, engage in research or scholarly activities, and collaborate with industry partners where relevant. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular presence on campus for teaching, student interaction, and institutional events.
Qualifications
- Relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA, MCA, or a master’s in management, computer applications, or a related field); doctoral qualification (PhD) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in management, technology, or related disciplines, with the ability to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Strong teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom delivery, learner engagement, and assessment design.
- Ability to integrate practical case studies, industry trends, and technology tools into teaching for an application-oriented learning experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a student-centered and inclusive approach to education.
- Experience in academic research, publishing, or industry consultancy will be beneficial.
- Comfort with digital learning platforms, educational technology, and basic data/office software tools.
- Collaborative mindset, professional ethics, and willingness to contribute to institutional development and co-curricular activities.
