Role Description
This is a full-time Faculty Manager - IELTS role based on-site at our Kochi center. The Faculty Manager will oversee and manage the IELTS training team, ensuring high-quality instruction and student success. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, implementing training plans, overseeing test preparation strategies, handling administrative tasks related to the IELTS program, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and leadership. Candidates based in Kerala preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong Personnel Leadership and People Management skills to inspire and supervise a team of trainers.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with trainers, students, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Project Management to plan, coordinate, and execute training programs efficiently.
- A customer-centric mindset with a proven track record in delivering exceptional Customer Service within the education or training sector.
- Proficiency in understanding IELTS, teaching methodologies, and related assessment strategies is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or related fields.
- Certifications or training in teaching English or IELTS preparation is a plus.
