Role Description- 02 vacancies
Faculty – Hotel Management ( Specialization in Food production/ F&B service ) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role entails delivering interactive lectures and practical sessions, mentoring students, preparing course materials, and assessing academic progress. The role includes coordinating student projects, organizing industry-related workshops, and staying up-to-date on developments in the field to ensure quality teaching.
Qualifications
- Expertise in hospitality management topics, including food and beverage, and hospitality operations.
- Strong teaching, presentation, and public speaking skills to effectively deliver course content and engage students.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry trends, standards, and best practices within the hospitality sector.
- Ability to build a positive learning environment, mentor students, and provide academic guidance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (Ph.D. or industry certifications are an advantage).
- Prior teaching experience, along with work experience in the hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in education.
