Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Faculty Coordinator, based on-site at our Nashik location. The Faculty Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating academic programs, supporting faculty in curriculum development, facilitating effective communication, managing schedules and processes, and ensuring a high level of service to students and parents. The role requires regular collaboration with faculty members, students, and administrative teams to ensure excellent delivery of academic programs.
Qualifications
- Strong education and curriculum development skills to support and enhance the academic offerings.
- Excellent communication, Excel sheets and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with faculty, students, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in the education sector and a strong understanding of academic processes, google sheets and student engagement are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, management, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is advantageous.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment.
