Role Description
JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) is seeking a passionate and highly skilled Faculty member in Computer Science. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality lectures, developing and updating curriculum, mentoring students in core and emerging areas of computer science, and conducting or guiding research activities. Faculty members are also encouraged to engage in academic administration and collaborate on departmental initiatives for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field is required.
- Strong expertise in Computer Science and proficiency in key concepts and advancements in the field.
- Experience in Curriculum Development to ensure a modern and industry-relevant academic program.
- Knowledge in specialized domains such as Data Science and Cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in Programming and related technical skills.
- Prior teaching experience at a college or university level is advantageous.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and teamwork abilities, with a passion for teaching and research.
