The Indus Design School at Indus University invites applications from passionate
educators and design professionals for the position of Assistant Professor / Associate
Professor.
We are looking for creative individuals who are enthusiastic about studio-based teaching.

🎓 Qualification
● M.Des in a relevant discipline (Mandatory)
● PhD in Design or related field – Preferred
💼 Experience
● 2–5 years of academic or industry experience
● Exposure to design studios, prototyping labs, model making, and workshops
will be an advantage
● Candidates with industry practice, consultancy, or research experience are
encouraged to apply
🎯 Key Responsibilities
● Conduct studio-based teaching for UG and PG design programs
● Mentor student projects, internships, and graduation projects
● Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning
● Participate in research, publications, exhibitions, and conferences
● Organise design workshops and industry collaborations
🛠 Skills
● Knowledge of design processes, ergonomics, materials, manufacturing, and
sustainability
● Proficiency in 3D design software and Adobe Creative Suite
● Strong communication and mentoring skills
