Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Quantitative Aptitude Faculty for Banking Exams who can deliver high-quality teaching, create exam-focused content, and help students build strong problem-solving and analytical skills for various banking and insurance examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Mentorship
- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures on Quantitative Aptitude topics.
- Simplify complex concepts using shortcuts, tricks, and exam-oriented methods.
- Mentor students throughout their preparation journey and provide strategic guidance.

- Contribute to video lectures, revision modules, and test series.
Student Support
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized academic guidance.
- Track student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Design sectional tests, quizzes, and full-length mock exams.
- Analyze student performance data and suggest improvement strategies.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with banking exam trends, syllabus changes, and question patterns.
- Continuously improve teaching methodologies and learning experiences.
Eligibility Criteria Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience
- Prior experience teaching Quantitative Aptitude for Banking, SSC, CAT, or other competitive examinations is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
