Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rudrapur for Faculties for JEE NEET. The faculty member will teach Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and/or Biology to JEE and NEET aspirants in classroom settings, using structured lesson plans aligned with the institute’s curriculum. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering concept-based lectures, designing and discussing assignments and tests, and regularly assessing student performance. The role involves doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring students on exam strategy, and providing academic guidance to help learners build strong fundamentals and problem-solving skills. The faculty member will also collaborate with academic teams on question paper setting, content improvement, and participation in workshops, parent interactions, and academic review meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong subject expertise in one or more JEE/NEET disciplines (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) with the ability to teach at competitive exam level.
- Proven classroom teaching skills, including engaging delivery, clear explanation of concepts, and effective doubt resolution.
- Experience in designing or using structured study materials, practice questions, and test papers tailored to JEE/NEET patterns.
- Ability to analyze student performance, provide feedback, and guide learners with exam strategies and time management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., B.Sc./M.Sc., B.Tech./M.Tech., MBBS/MD or related fields); prior JEE/NEET teaching experience is strongly preferred.
- Comfort with basic educational technology tools (smart classrooms, online test platforms, digital content) and willingness to adapt to new methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic coordinators and management, maintain professional conduct, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
