Krishipalak Agro Bharat Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and responsible Factory Supervisor to manage daily factory operations and ensure smooth production activities at our Goraul facility.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise daily factory operations
✅ Manage workers and shift activities
✅ Ensure production targets are achieved
✅ Maintain quality and hygiene standards
✅ Monitor raw material and stock movement
✅ Coordinate with dispatch and operations team
✅ Maintain production records and reports
✅ Ensure discipline and safety inside the plant
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Experience in factory/plant supervision preferred
✔ Basic knowledge of production operations
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage manpower efficiently
✔ Basic Excel/reporting knowledge preferred
✔ Experience in the cattle feed/agriculture industry is an advantage
💼 Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + growth opportunities
