Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee inventory and warehouse operations at our furniture manufacturing facility in Gota.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing raw materials (wood, hardware, fabrics), work-in-progress items, and finished goods.
- A key requirement for this role is proficiency in StrategicERP or similar ERP systems to ensure seamless stock tracking and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of all raw materials and hardware required for furniture production.
* ERP Operations: Maintain real-time data entry in StrategicERP (or equivalent software) for all stock movements, purchase requisitions, and gate passes.
* Stock Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile findings with ERP records to ensure zero discrepancy.
* Vendor Coordination: Assist the procurement team by tracking incoming shipments and managing material inspections upon arrival.
* Space Optimization: Organize the warehouse layout to improve material handling efficiency and ensure a safe working environment.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of MGP (Material Gate Pass), GRN (Goods Received Note), and Delivery Challans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: 3–5 years in store management, preferably within the furniture or manufacturing industry.
* Software Knowledge: Must be proficient in StrategicERP or other ERP modules (SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, etc.).
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with furniture components (fittings, adhesives, different wood types) is a significant advantage.
