Factory Production & Export Sales Manager (Drilling Rigs)
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat | Type: Full-Time
Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5+ Years (Heavy Machinery / Drilling Rigs Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Lead end-to-end shop floor operations, rig assembly (DTH/Rotary/Hydraulics), quality control, and factory workforce management.
- Domestic & Overseas Sales: Drive technical sales for both local and international markets (e.g., Africa, Middle East). Handle inquiries, prepare technical proposals, conduct equipment demos, and close export deals.
What We Are Looking For- Deep hands-on expertise in hydraulics, rig assembly, structural fabrication, and diesel/compressor systems.
- Proven track record of managing factory operations while effectively communicating with overseas buyers and foreign delegates.
- Strong technical negotiation and communication skills.
