Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Merchandiser located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Factory Merchandiser will manage day-to-day tasks such as coordinating with clients, monitoring production schedules, ensuring timely delivery, overseeing product quality, and maintaining effective communication between the factory and stakeholders. The role also includes cross-department collaboration, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with sales and marketing efforts to support the company’s growth and reputation.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Sales and Retail experience, with the ability to manage product merchandising and address customer needs.
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies to promote products and support business growth.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, meet deadlines, and ensure quality control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic challenges.
- Familiarity with the textile and manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
