Role: AFIH Doctor (Full-Time, On-Site)
The AFIH Doctor will be based at Occupational Health Centers across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, working full-time to ensure workplace health and safety standards are met. This role is central to delivering preventive and primary care, conducting medical examinations, and supporting organizational wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Employee medical examinations in line with AFIH guidelines.
Monitoring workplace health risks and providing preventive and primary care.
Reviewing and interpreting health surveillance data to support workplace health interventions.
Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
Coordinating with HR and safety teams to address workforce health needs.
Participating in health education initiatives and employee counseling.
Collaborating with OHCTECH’s technology and consultancy teams to optimize use of health management and survey tools.
Salary: 20L-25L
Qualifications
AFIH (Associate Fellowship in Industrial Health) certification.
Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with appropriate registration.
Experince- 10-15 years
Experience in occupational health, industrial medicine, or corporate health services.
Strong skills in clinical assessment and workplace health risk evaluation.
Ability to interpret health surveillance data, prepare reports, and contribute to corrective action planning.
Comfort with digital health records and technology-enabled monitoring tools.
Effective communication and counseling skills for diverse employee groups.
Demonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct, and sensitivity to workforce needs.
Availability for full-time on-site work in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with willingness to engage in ongoing training.
