Job details:
- Production Management: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet shipping deadlines. This involves coordinating with teams to turn raw materials into finished solar products.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Create, enforce, and monitor quality control standards, ensuring products meet certifications.
- Safety and Maintenance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), and oversee preventive maintenance of manufacturing machinery to avoid costly downtime.
- Staff Leadership & Development: Hire, train, and supervise production employees, including assemblers and equipment operators, while fostering a safe and productive culture.
- Cost Control & Efficiency: Monitor budgets, reduce operational costs, and identify improvements in the manufacturing process to increase output.
- Inventory & Process Optimization: Manage raw materials inventory, implement 5S systems, and use root cause analysis (RCA) to solve production bottlenecks.
