Shristi Garments (parent company of CozyFab) is looking for an experienced Factory/Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. We specialize in maternity wear, nursing wear, women's innerwear, and babywear using sustainable fabrics like bamboo cotton, organic cotton, and modal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end production of knitted garments from fabric cutting to stitching, finishing, and packing
- Plan production schedules to meet order timelines (both B2B bulk orders and D2C fulfillment)
- Manage the shop floor team, machine operators, and quality control staff
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across every stage of production
- Optimize fabric utilization and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with the design/sampling team on new style development
- Maintain production records, output reports, and efficiency metrics
- Ensure compliance with factory safety and labor norms
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a garment manufacturing unit, with hands-on experience in knitted fabrics specifically
- Strong understanding of knitting, cutting, stitching, and finishing processes
- Experience managing a production team and meeting delivery deadlines
- Knowledge of quality control standards for innerwear/loungewear categories is a plus
- Good communication and team management skills
- Prior experience in a similar apparel manufacturing setup preferred
