We’re looking for an experienced Factory Manager from the food manufacturing industry who can lead people, streamline production, and manage complete factory operations across departments and production lines.
Role Overview
This is a leadership role focused on managing factory operations, production teams, department coordination, and quality-driven execution.
You will be responsible for ensuring every production line and operational division runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
What you’ll own
• Manage end-to-end factory operations across all production departments and lines
• Lead and supervise production teams, supervisors, and department heads
• Ensure proper manpower planning, workforce discipline, and shift management
• Coordinate daily production activities to achieve output and delivery targets
• Monitor quality standards across every stage of production
• Ensure smooth coordination between production, quality, maintenance, inventory, procurement, and dispatch teams
• Build accountability, structure, and operational discipline across the factory floor
• Identify bottlenecks and improve productivity, efficiency, and process flow
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, hygiene practices, and food safety standards
• Drive production planning while minimizing wastage and downtime
• Handle escalation management and resolve operational challenges quickly
• Maintain daily operational reporting and production tracking
What we’re looking for
• Minimum 8 years of experience in food manufacturing operations
• Strong experience in managing factory teams and multiple production divisions
• Prior experience handling production lines, workforce management, and factory coordination
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to manage high-pressure production environments efficiently
• Strong understanding of quality control, food safety, and operational SOPs
• Experience in packaged bakery, FMCG, or food processing industry preferred
