- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for fabric, embellishments, and other raw materials
- Negotiate pricing and maintain healthy vendor relationships
- Oversee purchase audits and raw material quality checks
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays
- People Management & HR

- Hire for both skill and attitude, with a clear eye for craft excellence and team fit
- Conduct structured appraisals and build transparent, merit-based growth paths for the team
- Handle disciplinary matters with fairness and due process — including warnings, PIPs, and exits where necessary
- Maintain proper HR documentation — offer letters, attendance records, leave policies, and exit formalities
- Liaise with the CEO on headcount planning and compensation benchmarking
- Ensure full statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, labour law adherence, and factory act requirements
- Culture & Organisational Development
- Define and drive the cultural DNA of the Noida factory — discipline, pride in craft, ownership, and respect
- Build a work environment where artisans and staff feel valued, heard, and motivated to do their best work
- Establish clear due processes for grievance redressal so issues are resolved fairly and quickly
- Create rituals and structures — team meetings, recognition practices, feedback loops — that reinforce a healthy work culture
- Be the cultural bridge between the factory floor and the leadership team, ensuring alignment on values and expectations
- Gradually reduce dependency on informal systems and replace them with structured, scalable processes
Quality Control
∙ Own quality at every stage — from raw material intake to final dispatch
