Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Factory Manager role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Factory Manager will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines. Responsibilities include planning and managing production schedules, enforcing quality control standards, supervising manufacturing teams, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves optimizing operations to ensure cost efficiency, productivity, and compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
- Experience in Quality Control to uphold and maintain industry standards
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams and manage performance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and safety regulations is a plus
