As our manufacturing footprint continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations across our group manufacturing units.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a proven track record of driving productivity, quality, and operational excellence.
What You'll Lead
✅ End-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple production units
✅ Production planning, capacity utilization, and process optimization
✅ Quality, Food Safety, GMP, HACCP & statutory compliance
✅ Cross-functional coordination with Production, QA, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch, Procurement & HR
✅ Cost optimization, manpower planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Plant KPIs, operational efficiency, and business performance
We're Looking For
✔ 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in Food Processing/FMCG
✔ Strong expertise in Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Systems, and Plant Management
✔ Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple production units
✔ Sound knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety standards
✔ Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
✔ Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Food Technology, Production, or a related discipline
